Tammy Kehe is the Owner and President of Network Affiliates and simply put—she loves this agency. Hired in 1987 by legal advertising legend Norton Frickey, Tammy has spent her entire career here, helping build something truly special. “This place is my professional home,” she says. “I love this business, I love our team, and I love our clients. Being part of their journey to grow their brands and their firms is an incredible honor.”
With over 38 years at Network Affiliates, Tammy has worked her way up through the agency, always staying true to the mission: to be the most loyal and effective marketing partner for attorneys across the country. She’s passionate about helping law firms stand out, grow with purpose, and win in their markets—and she firmly believes it all starts with strong relationships and bold, strategic thinking.
Tammy has spoken at major legal conventions, written thought pieces on branding and media strategy, and continues to find inspiration in tackling new challenges with creativity and collaboration. She’s all in… not just in running the agency, but in mentoring her team and investing in every client’s success like it’s her own.

With decades of advertising experience, Bridget brings a wealth of expertise to her role, spanning media research, planning, buying, auditing, and account management. Her career began with a full-circle moment—her very first marketing role was as an Account Management intern right here at Network Affiliates during college. Bridget’s love of numbers and data naturally led her into the media side of advertising, where she thrives on creating efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless media placement and thorough auditing.
A proud Colorado native, Bridget holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from CU-Boulder, with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business. Outside the office, she finds joy cheering on her kids at the pool and the ice rink, and loves hiking, reading, and tending to her vegetable garden.
Ask Jeff what a Vice President of Production Services does, and he’ll tell you: “It’s hard to explain.” That’s because Jeff wears a lot of hats—and sometimes a director’s headset. One day he might be calling “action” on set, the next, brainstorming with the creative team to craft the next standout legal campaign. Other days you’ll find him in the edit suite, obsessing over details most people wouldn’t notice, but that ultimately make all the difference.
Jeff brings passion, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes legal advertising work. “We take a lot of pride in what we do at Network, and we do legal creative like nobody else,” he says. “Our goal is to make sure our clients have the best creative in their market and are blowing the doors off the competition.”
He says, “I love what I do, I love this place, and I’m very proud of what we create.”
Kara Wilkoff is a true Renaissance woman whose path to production is anything but ordinary. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver—majoring in Statistics with a minor in Psychology—Kara has worn many hats throughout her career. She’s been a Budget & Operations Manager for a local non-profit, earned her credentials as a Registered Nurse, and launched an acting career in 2016 after joining a local talent agency, and she’s done all of this while raising three amazing children.
Today, Kara brings her unique blend of organization, creativity, and high-level communication to her role as a Producer and Casting Director at Network Affiliates. With a passion for people and a client-first mentality, she fosters a collaborative, welcoming environment where creativity can thrive and projects come to life with both precision and heart.
When she’s not on set or coordinating talent, Kara is outside making the most of Colorado’s natural beauty—running, hiking, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
As Director of Digital Media at Network Affiliates, Emily Frickey lives at the intersection of innovation and integration. With years of experience helping law firms navigate an increasingly fragmented media landscape, Emily brings a dynamic blend of traditional expertise and digital fluency to every campaign.
She leads the charge in building omnichannel strategies that actually make sense—we’re talking streaming TV, programmatic, and social working together with broadcast, billboards, and banner ads … not against them. From understanding shifting consumer behavior to leveraging real-time data, Emily ensures every media plan is cohesive, insight-driven, and laser-focused on results.
She’s a big believer that Streaming TV and Streaming Audio aren’t just add-ons. They’re essentials. But not all streaming buys are created equal. That’s why Emily helps firms cut through the noise, identifying platforms and placements that drive real value and measurable impact.
A longtime member of the Network Affiliates team, Emily is known not only for her strategic mind but for her ability to demystify digital for clients and bridge the gap between old-school credibility and new-school performance.
When she’s not optimizing media plans or tracking the latest trends, Emily’s busy keeping up with her two energetic boys, Langston and Laurence, because if anyone knows how to multitask, it’s a single mom who can also wrangle the ever-evolving world of digital media.
With nearly three decades at Network Affiliates, Brian is a seasoned and trusted liaison between the agency and its attorney advertising clients. His guiding principle? Listen carefully, respond promptly, and always learn something new. “I don’t know all the answers,” Brian says, “but I’m laser focused on finding the right solution.” Even after 20+ years, he still feels honored to come to work every day.
Brian has led the charge on countless multi-channel campaigns—TV, radio, print, and streaming—across practice areas including personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, and mass torts. His strategic insight and collaborative style have helped generate meaningful case volume while building long-lasting client partnerships.
A proud graduate of Colorado State University, Brian knows the value of balance. Whether he’s tailgating on a crisp fall Saturday or hiking high-country trails (ever watchful for rattlesnakes), he brings the same focus and energy that defines his work at NetAff.
With 13 years of experience in the advertising industry, Kasey has grown from a traditional media buyer into a strategic media planner with a focus on integrating multi-media channels. She has spent the last five years specializing in the legal vertical, bringing a firm but fair approach to managing and delivering strong results for her client portfolio.
A University of Florida graduate, she has worked from multiple locations across the country, earning her the nickname “Where’s Waldo” for always being on the move—but always reachable. In her spare time, Kasey enjoys water sports, reading female-led thrillers, watching crime documentaries, and spoiling her Sphynx cat, Drax.
Katie graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 2018 with a degree in Marketing and a degree in Business Management. Growing up in Nebraska, Katie and her family would vacation in Breckenridge every year. She was attracted to Colorado’s energy, its outdoor recreation, and the opportunity to explore a new mountain town every weekend! So, after graduation, Katie moved to make Colorado her forever home.
In the summer, Katie can be found hiking, camping, traveling, going to farmer’s markets, and practicing yoga. In the winter, you’ll find her on the ski slopes or, more likely, inside the lodge by the fire. Katie is thankful to find family and community at Network Affiliates, which has become her home away from home.
Kirk grew up in Littleton, Colorado causing trouble and playing instruments from an early age. After a tour of Colorado colleges, he graduated from CU Denver with a degree in Music Technology. After college, he worked as a sound designer for a theatre before working at Crosspoint as a tape operator. During this time, Kirk also worked with local musicians on recording projects and produced instrumental music for artists and commercial purposes. After a year, he moved to Longmont, Colorado and worked for a broadcast company as a video editor and delivery coordinator. In 2010, Kirk returned to Crosspoint and took over the audio department. Since then, he has designed, edited, and mixed all audio content while also recording studio and location sessions and shoots. In his free time, Kirk continues to record, mix, and master music for artists across the country and tinkers with a variety of noise making devices in his home studio. When not playing with noises, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with his dog, Coda.
As Creative Lead at Network Affiliates since 2011, Megan brings a blend of big-brand experience and heartfelt storytelling to every campaign. Before joining NetAff, she helped shape messaging for global brands such as Ford Automotive, Bowflex, DuPont, and Disney. Her award-winning work in children’s education and entertainment reflects both her creative range and her passion for connecting with audiences. Known for finding fresh ways to entertain and inform audiences, Megan sees the team at NetAff as her found family, and she thrives on turning complex challenges into compelling creative.
In her free time, Megan is the consummate Gen-Xer, still slightly triggered when the streetlights come on. If you know, you know!
Currently serving as an Account Director on the account management team, Sonya oversees strategic advertising and marketing campaigns for her legal services clients. Her focus on strong partnerships and data-guided decisions helps clients expand their market reach and ROI. She proactively leads conversations around expectations, KPIs, and campaign success, ensuring clients see tangible growth. In her role as an Account Director, she also works collaboratively with the creative, media, and accounting teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Based in the north Denver metro area, Sonya enjoys being out in the sunshine that Colorado is so famous for, spending time with family and friends, and soaking up new travel experiences.

Originally from Venezuela, Javier moved to the U.S. in 2000 and received his B.F.A. with a concentration in graphic design at Colorado State University. With over 18 years of experience in advertising, he has worked with brands like CDOT, NREL and Babolat.
Badell deploys design skills with no boundaries to produce compelling visual solutions to the communication needs of clients. He is incredibly passionate about his work and is constantly aware of the latest trends in the industry. His specialties range from branding, print, digital and presentations, all the way to billboards.
He believes in seeking new and better creative answers to our clients’ marketing problems, and won’t stop until he’s found the best solution.
During his spare time Badell enjoys making abstract paintings, which add another dimension to his already multi-faceted creativity. He also loves exploring the outdoors with his family.
Amy joined Network Affiliates in the fall of 2003, bringing with her six years of media buying experience from top agencies Mindshare-Denver and Initiative Media, where she first got her start in the advertising world. Today, she plans and buys across all major media channels—TV, cable, and radio—always with a sharp eye on delivering the best possible results for our clients.
Originally from Iowa, Amy graduated from Iowa State University in 1997 (Go Cyclones!). Her Midwestern work ethic and years of industry expertise make her a trusted and consistent force on the media team.
Outside the office, Amy stays busy with her husband Jason and their three kids—Caiden, Gavin, and Ainsley—shuffling between sporting events, family time, and dog walks. When she gets a moment to herself, you’ll find her kickboxing, gardening, or keeping up with all things reality TV. (Ask her anything about The Bachelor—she probably already knows.)
Jo Ann has been part of the Network Affiliates team since 1996. Originally from New York City, she has adapted well to the Colorado lifestyle while still maintaining her east coast edge! Jo Ann is a seasoned media professional specializing in strategic media buying and planning who strives to produce creative, results driven media buys for her clients. Her many years as a media buyer have honed her negotiation skills – giving her clients the best deals possible. She fosters strong relationships with clients, vendors, co-workers and supports a “team/partnership” approach to producing results.
Jo Ann earned a degree in Communications Arts & Sciences from Queens College (CUNY)
In her time away from the office, Jo Ann enjoys spending time with her husband Rich and children, Samantha and Nicholas. In addition, she enjoys sports (she’s a sport’s radio junkie!), running with her dog, fitness, and everything Colorado has to offer.
With over 30 years of experience in media and advertising, Lisa is a lead Media Strategist and a cornerstone of the Network Affiliates media team. Her expertise spans the entire media landscape—from traditional platforms like TV, cable, radio, print, and outdoor, to digital channels including streaming TV, audio, and sports sponsorships.
Lisa approaches every campaign with a strategic mix of insight, creativity, and precision. Whether she’s helping launch a new law firm into the market or fueling growth for long-standing clients, her focus is always on delivering results. Known for her collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring, Lisa plays a vital role in shaping both campaigns and careers within the media department.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys live music and concerts, exploring museums, relaxing at the lake, and getting lost in a good book.
Eric has been an integral part of the Network family since 1994. A native of Queens, NY, he came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder and never left! However, he still remains a true Mets, Jets, Knicks and Rangers fan. In his many years here, Eric has done it all! His career in post-production has taken him from client services and tape room operator, to editor, producer, senior colorist, and director. The landscape of production and post has evolved over the years and so has Eric’s wonderful artistic talents and contributions!
In his free time, Eric can be found spending time with his wife and their two beautiful children. When he’s not rooting on his New York teams, Eric’s on the golf course or on the ice, skating with his recreational hockey team or hiking and snowboarding in the high country.
Josh grew up in Sheridan, Colorado, and launched his career with a degree in Music & Video Business from the Colorado Institute of Art. He got his start volunteering at the Denver Government Access Channel, where he learned the ins and outs of video production—and discovered a passion for the technical side of the industry.
From big-screen video projection at conventions to cutting his teeth as a taperoom operator at Crosspoint in 1993, Josh steadily climbed the ranks to assistant editor, where he helped produce commercials for Network Affiliates. But it was behind the scenes where he truly found his calling.
Over the years, Josh transitioned into engineering, becoming a key player in keeping the production facility running smoothly. From researching and installing new equipment to solving technical glitches on the fly, Josh is the person everyone calls when something stops working—or ideally, before it does.
He’s also taken on vital roles in IT, including maintaining the phone and email systems and serving as Network Affiliates’ unofficial tech therapist. If you’ve got a computer problem, Josh is your guy.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his nieces and their families, recharging in good company.
For more than 23 years, Julienne has been the heart of Network Affiliates’ human resources operations—overseeing everything from benefits, staffing, and payroll to legal compliance and trademarking our creative work. If it supports our people or protects our brand, Julienne is behind it.
Julienne earned her BS in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State College and went on to receive her JD from the University of Denver College of Law in 1994, with a focus on Labor and Employee Relations. Her HR career has spanned both sides of the employee-employer relationship, including time with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union and Lucent Technologies before she found her home at NetAff.
Originally from Nebraska by way of Idaho and New Mexico, Julienne now happily calls Colorado home, where she lives with her husband Mike and their two grown children, Mikaela and Dominic. In her downtime, she enjoys walking, cross-stitching, paint-by-numbers, and exploring the outdoors with her family and their beloved one-eyed pup, Sophie.
Todd has served as Network Affiliates’ Chief Financial Officer since 1996, bringing decades of experience as a seasoned CPA with a background in both public accounting and private industry. Over his long tenure, he’s developed a deep understanding of the operational and financial needs of our clients—insight that makes him an invaluable strategic partner.
Todd believes that objective, accurate financial and marketing data are essential for sound decision-making, especially in today’s highly competitive legal landscape. Each year, he surveys our clients to gather firm-specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), then presents the results—along with his sharp analysis—at our spring client meeting. It’s just one way he helps clients make smarter, more informed business decisions.
Kacey is a Media Coordinator with a solid marketing background and over five years of industry experience. A proud Colorado native, she graduated from Colorado State University in 2020 at just 20 years old, bringing early ambition and drive into every project she tackles.
Known for her sharp attention to detail and strong project management skills, Kacey adds strategic insight and steady execution to the Network Affiliates media team. Whether she’s juggling timelines or fine-tuning campaign details, she’s all about delivering precision and results.
Outside the office, Kacey loves to travel and spend time with her beloved dog, Mochi, who may or may not be the real boss of the household.
Greth functions as the Front Desk Media Assistant. She processes the beginning stage of accounts receivable by ensuring that all media invoices have been accounted for and have run accurately. She also assists quite often on minor accounting tasks. She is fortunate enough to have a personal assistant named Wiley, who she loves very much. We tend to frown on office romances, but what can you do.
Chelsea joined Network Affiliates in March 2024, bringing with her nearly 20 years of media and marketing experience. Since 2006, she’s built a reputation for blending strategy with instinct—knowing that great media buying depends just as much on strong relationships and deep insight as it does on numbers. Passionate about where the media world is heading, Chelsea keeps a close eye on emerging platforms and the ever-evolving streaming TV space to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
Before joining NetAff, Chelsea was a key player on the media team at Shane Company, the nation’s largest privately owned jeweler. There, she managed media across 14 markets and helped grow a brand with a 95-year legacy—experience that sharpened her focus on building brands that last.
When she’s not navigating media plans, Chelsea shines in other ways… literally. She has performed in local musical theater and has sung the National Anthem for the Colorado Rockies TWICE! In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, soaking up Colorado’s sunshine, and learning to golf with the help of her soon-to-be husband.
With over 15 years of marketing experience, Kelley Kiefer is the newest member of the close-knit Network Affiliates family—and she brings a well-rounded mix of agency savvy, client-side perspective, and digital know-how to the team.
Originally from Missouri, Kelley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri’s prestigious Journalism School. She launched her career in Kansas City, working on integrated campaigns at a traditional advertising agency straight out of a “Mad Men” playbook. After trading small-town life for the city, Kelley eventually traded the Midwest for the mountains and made her way to Denver, where she shifted to the client side of marketing. That transition gave her a deep understanding of what clients really need—and what it takes to deliver it.
After stepping away from the fast pace of advertising to raise her family (a role she found more rewarding and more challenging than any marketing gig), Kelley returned to the field part-time, diving into digital, social, and website work with a startup agency. Now, fully back in the game, she’s thrilled to bring her experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the Network Affiliates team.
Lisa moved to Colorado in the 1980s and quickly made it home. She attended Metropolitan State College, graduating with honors and earning a dual degree in Accounting and Management. With a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community, Lisa brings both precision and passion to everything she does.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys an active lifestyle—whether it’s camping in the mountains, working out, or spending time in her garden growing flowers and vegetables. She’s the proud mom of two grown children and finds joy in being surrounded by family and friends. A dedicated animal lover, Lisa also volunteers with local rescue organizations, making her a natural fit at NetAff, where compassion and commitment go hand in hand.
Kim is the true definition of “family by choice” here at Network Affiliates. Her roots with the agency run deep, dating all the way back to 1989. She officially began her career in our Production department, where she led operations for an impressive 23 years. After more than a decade in a leadership role with one of our sister companies, we were thrilled to welcome her back home.
Today, Kim serves as our Traffic Manager, but titles only tell part of the story. Around here, if you need something done (and done right), Kim is the one everyone turns to.
When she’s off the clock, Kim cherishes time with her husband, Ted. Their summer weekends are often spent at the family cabin, making memories with their children and grandchildren.
