Norty Frickey II

President

With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, Norty, in conjunction with his father, Norton Sr., began to embark on the formulation of Network Affiliates in 1982. Norty served as Vice President of the company from 1982 to 1992, when he then assumed the role of President. Norty has helped literally hundreds of clients develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. In addition to his vast experience in advertising and media, Norty also was responsible for the development of Crosspoint, our sister company and the Rocky Mountain's largest post-production facility. Growing up with his father as a role model for investing in ideas, Norty prides himself on continuing to "reinvest" in Network to ensure we continue to lead in the marketing of professional services and in growing our clients' practices. Part of that reinvestment has been dedicated to branching out with new companies, namely Page 1 Solutions, Doctor Direct and blue onion to bring a wealth of resources and expertise to our business and our clients' business. Norty takes pride in surrounding himself with talented, loyal, experienced and qualified people who comprise the Network team. Believing a good balance in life is vitally important, outside of the office you will find Norty on the golf course (he has a 7 handicap) or enjoying time with his wife Tracy and their two children, Clay and Emily.

Todd Kuhlmann

Chief Operating Officer

Todd serves as Network Affiliates, Inc. COO, overseeing daily operations of Network Affiliates, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary interests.  Todd also serves as our CFO and adds the financial perspective to other members of Network's senior management team. "At Network Affiliates, my chief responsibility is to make sure we utilize company resources in a way that best serves our clients' needs, allowing them to be successful both now and in the long-term."

Todd was instrumental in the development of Network's Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) program for attorneys to help law firms efficiently increase their referrals and return clients by leveraging their client databases. Todd serves as general manager of our subsidiary interest, Network Catalogue, LLC, which provides creative collateral and print materials (branding packages, firm brochures, direct mail campaigns, physical advertising) for law firms. Todd also helped launch and promote eCaseStatus, an online application that works in conjunction with a law firm's case management software, which allows clients 24/7 access to their case information. Todd recently spoke at the Needles (partners in eCaseStatus) User Group Meeting in Baltimore, MD on the client service and marketing benefits of eCaseStatus and why it's important to embrace emerging media in the ever competitive, legal space.

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and is a licensed CPA. Todd's strength is his experience and understanding of the multiple business disciplines (operations, financial, marketing, management & leadership) that make an organization successful.

In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending quality time with his wife Julie and their two boys, Zach and Grant. Other hobbies include skiing, running and playing golf.

Tammy Kehe

Vice President

Tammy is ringleader, responsible for the day-to-day operations surrounding the Medical Marketing Division and the Media Department. Since 1987, Network Affiliates has presented many loyal clients, concepts, challenges and opportunities that have fueled Tammy's passion for marketing and advertising. "In today's competitive environment, not only do you have to focus on producing the best product and concrete results for clients, you have to use as many effective marketing tools as you can and be far greater than your competition to succeed. There is one main focus at Network - it's all about our clients. Our purpose is to create powerful marketing messages that reach the hearts and minds of the people our clients need to influence, every day."

During her college days at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Tammy met the love of her life, her husband Eric. They have three great boys and together experience the love of family and sports - each and every weekend! "Bleachers are my life! And my life is very, very good!"
