Tom BaldonadoSenior Producer Tom is Senior Producer of the award winning Production Department at Network Affiliates and is known within the office as "The Creative Genius." Serving as Director/Photographer for hundreds of medical and legal commercials, Tom brings something special to each project he touches and our clients reap the benefits of his amazing talent. Tom is fluent in Spanish and understands the Latin culture, bringing a strong advantage to Network Affiliates' Hispanic marketing. Tom was instrumental in bringing high definition television production to Network's creative department, to ensure that we provide our clients with the latest technology in television advertising. He has 32 years of television and radio production experience, including television news, P.M. Magazine, NBC Network Promotions and 22 years at Network Affiliates. Outside of commercial production, Tom's interests involve selling real estate and serving on a number of non-profit boards and committees. |

Jeff FeiersteinProducer Jeff graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Advertising. Currently Jeff is a producer, writer and director for Network Affiliates. Here's what all that means: He helps put commercials together from concept to delivery. He'll write the commercials, oversee the details, direct the production, make sure everything gets done and done right, and of course make sure it stays on budget. We wear a lot of hats around here, and that allows us to be flexible and to work well with a lot of different departments, all for the benefit of our clients. On the personal side, Jeff might be the biggest Denver Bronco fan in the world. He is usually a fairly mellow guy, but he has an alter ego when he's watching Sunday's big game. Just ask his wonderful wife and son! |

Mike GorzelanskiProducer Mike Gorzelanski is a staff writer/producer/director who manages film/video productions from concept to completion. For the past 12 years, Mike has carved out a niche in the medical advertising industry by creating effective direct response TV ads in the fields of cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, ophthalmology, and orthodontia. From scripting to the final edit, Mike has a hand in the whole creative and organizational process; this means he must understand the "big picture" while considering the smallest details that make a production operate efficiently and effectively. Since graduating from Colorado State University in 1992, Mike has enjoyed raising two boys with his wife Sally, playing drums in a local band, and fly-fishing when time allows. He feels fortunate to truly enjoy his work. |

Mike HeinrichArt Director Mike has served as the agency Art Director since 2002, wowing clients with his fresh and innovative designs. Mike's specialty is creating results-driven direct mail campaigns and building brand awareness through TV, print, point of purchase, and collateral marketing materials. What sets Mike apart is his ability to assess and understand a client's business, goals and target audience. Combine this with Mike's calm demeanor and responsiveness - it's easy to see why he's a client favorite. Mike also works with our general market agency, blue onion, and has spearheaded projects for clients such as Invisalign, LVI Global, CoBiz, Eagle Equity Investments, Einstein Bros Bagels, 20/20 Institute, Dish Network, Slim for Life, Source Gas and the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Mike directs our graphic designers, copywriters and coordinates all photo shoots. He also works closely with TV and radio production, providing concept support and print executions. Prior to joining Network, Mike spent four years with Heinrich, The Agency (no relation) as an Art Director and Account Manager. While there, Mike worked on a variety of B2B and B2C accounts including Wells Fargo, Macy's, Qwest, Dex, First Horizon, and Wynkoop Brewing Company. In Mike's free time, he enjoys photography, skiing, hiking, golfing and walking his Jack Russell Terrier with his wife Laura. |
